Digital dokumentieren nebenbei & stressfrei Ab 1. Januar 2026 gilt: Pflanzenschutzmaßnahmen müssen digital dokumentiert werden. Papier, PDFs oder Word-Dateien zählen nicht mehr. Veränderung muss aber nicht kompliziert sein: Mit VYC erledigst du alles einfach und stressfrei - und hast wieder mehhr Zeit für das, was wirklich zählt – deine Kunden und deinen Betrieb. Elektronische Dokumentation der PSM-Anwendungsdaten (Art. 67 der VO (EU) 1107/2009) Mit Inkrafttreten der neuen Anforderungen aus Artikel 67 der Verordnung (EU) 1107/2009 wird die elektronische Aufzeichnung von Pflanzenschutzmaßnahmen verpflichtend. Betriebe müssen ihre Anwendungen künftig in einem strukturierten, maschinenlesbaren Format (z. B. CSV, XML, JSON etc.) führen und auf Anfrage der Behörde innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Anwendung vorlegen können. Nicht zulässig sind PDF-Dateien, handschriftliche Aufzeichnungen oder Scans, da diese nicht maschinell auswertbar sind. Darüber hinaus werden die bisherigen Mindestanforderungen nach § 11 PflSchG erweitert: Ab 2026 müssen zusätzlich zu den bekannten Daten EPPO-Code BBCH-Stadium Flächenlage Uhrzeit Zulassungsnummer und Verwendungsart dokumentiert werden. Vineyard Cloud (VYC) is now fully owned and integrated into the Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main AG (RWZ). For existing users, nothing changes: access, data, and support continue exactly as before. The VYC team will keep operating and developing the platform with the same expertise and commitment. At the same time, the integration opens up new opportunities to further enhance the software and its services in the long term. Unchanged access and data security All logins, interfaces, and features remain available as usual. Your data continues to be processed in line with established data protection standards. The VYC support team remains ready to assist with any questions or issues. Stability, long-term outlook, and continued development Becoming part of the RWZ Group provides a strong foundation for long-term platform stability and investment security. It also creates new potential for future development: Expanded Services:  The offering will increasingly align with operational needs, including additional tools and streamlined documentation and administrative processes through the Winzerbüro service. Here, you can choose whether you want to be automatically redirected to VYC or Vineyard Cloud. Check the box "use new interface" to sign in to VYC, or chose to be redirected to Vineyard Cloud otherwise. VYC ⇔ Vineyard Cloud In the menu, you will find the logo of either VYC or Vineyard Cloud. Click on the logo to switch to the corresponding system. Android: 10.1.74 After updating, please try logging out of the app. If this doesn’t work, completely uninstall and reinstall it from your store. New Features: Option to view the complete GPS profile of your team members from the start of a task. Ability to display only the pins of your team members. Switch between gross and net area views. Dropdown menu with standard responses for repair and infestation POIs. The app switches to offline mode when a 3G connection or lower is detected, ensuring data consistency. Technical Updates: The validity of the refresh token is now checked during every login, requiring at least 3 seconds for the process. GPS positions are transmitted after every 100 new coordinates to optimize data usage, which may result in slight delays in displaying team pins. Time tracking entries are recorded in real-time within the app but are only finalized and saved in the system after a task is completed or canceled, ensuring optimal data accuracy. Bug Fixes: Resolved an issue where an expired refresh token could lead to inconsistencies and app crashes.
