VYC offers you various payment methods, whether annual or monthly. As a rule, payment is made by direct debit. If you require other payment methods, please contact us.
VYC's notice periods vary depending on the product. As a rule, however, the products have a contract term of 2 years. These can be terminated within 3 months of the end of the contract. Otherwise, they are automatically extended by 12 months to give you an undisturbed user experience.
In an initial consultation, we evaluate which modules make sense for your business. If you need more modules, you can book them at any time. Just get in touch with us.
Do you already have your shape data? With our shape uploader, you are able to import your areas with lot numbers directly. You need the 4 files of a shape file: .dbf / .shx / .shp / .prj.
Your shape file may not contain any information on the planting of the respective area. In this case, the data from the vineyard register must first be prepared manually in order to match them. The structure of the data supplied varies depending on the country and wine-growing region.
