Subject of the contract, changes § 1 Subject of the terms of use (1) Vineyard Cloud GmbH, Ruprechtstr. 37, 483 Edesheim (hereinafter referred to as "service provider") provides a software solution for digital vineyard management on its homepage www.vy-c.com . The users can access the content available on the platform and use various services depending on their availability. More information on the services can be found in the service description, § 7. (2) These terms of use regulate the provision of the services by the service provider and the use of these services by you as a properly registered user. § 2 Changes to the Terms of Use The service provider reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect, including within the existing contractual relationships. (5) The service provider guarantees an availability of 96% on a monthly average for all services in his area of responsibility. Betriebe müssen ihre Anwendungen künftig in einem strukturierten, maschinenlesbaren Format (z. B. CSV, XML, JSON etc.) führen und auf Anfrage der Behörde innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Anwendung vorlegen können. Nicht zulässig sind PDF-Dateien, handschriftliche Aufzeichnungen oder Scans, da diese nicht maschinell auswertbar sind. Darüber hinaus werden die bisherigen Mindestanforderungen nach § 11 PflSchG erweitert: Ab 2026 müssen zusätzlich zu den bekannten Daten EPPO-Code BBCH-Stadium Flächenlage Uhrzeit Zulassungsnummer und Verwendungsart dokumentiert werden.
