(5) The service provider guarantees an availability of 96% on a monthly average for all services in his area of responsibility. The regular maintenance windows of the platform, which are every Wednesday between 10:00 and 12:00, are not included in the calculation of availability. (6) Otherwise, there is a right to use the services available on the platform only within the framework of the technical and operational possibilities of the service provider.
