So here's our usual introductory process for new colleagues we hire.
First Check
While reading this, someone may already be working on your uploads and checking whether everything is complete and which role your application fits best.
Call
We will give you a call and arrange an interview with you so that you can get to know us and our office.
Get to know each other
Your interview won't be an assessment center or a series of nasty trick questions - we want to find out whether you're a good fit for us and we for you!
Decisions
We'll discuss it internally and now you have the opportunity to take another look at yourself and make a choice. Maybe we'll meet a second time.
Contract details
Once all the contractual details have been clarified and we all say "Yeah!", you will receive your employment contract to sign.
First day
Today you will receive your work equipment and your onboarding plan for a pleasant start to an exciting new chapter. Welcome to the team!
